Well, that magic moment has finally arrived… It’s time to start the Festival of Alabama Fiber Arts!
That means that we have to close On-line Registration. However, there are still of openings for each event and you can register for attendance on site at the Festival.
We look forward to seeing you there.
Course Descriptions have been added!
Published February 1, 2012 | We are happy to announce that we’ve finally posted the descriptions for the seminars, workshops and demonstrations that have been scheduled to date! We have covered some interesting facets of Fiber Arts, and we’re looking forward to learning new and interesting information from our outstanding presenters.
This is a work in progress, and we expect there will be changes. When there are, they will be noted in this area.

Call for Entries:
Enter the Festival of Alabama Fiber Arts Juried Exhibit 2012. Co-sponsored by South Alabama Fiber Enthusiasts Guild (S.A.F.E.) and Old Alabama Town in Montgomery, Alabama.

$300 in cash prizes and ribbons awarded.
Eligibility: Open to all Fiber Artist residing the State of Alabama. Current work of 2 and 3 dimensional items made of fiber. Encompassing a wide variety of styles, to include but not limited to knitting, sewing, spinning, weaving, quilting, crochet, felting, basketry, etc. – any fiber made item.
To enter, deliver or ship entries by March 1, 2012, to:
